Since Connections was established in 1988 these values and approach to its business have been central to its ethos. Connections have policies which allow staff to work in a safe and
supportive environment. Staff development and training are central to the company's values. We believe without hesitation that the standards of service our clients recieve is directly impacted by
the well-being and attitude of our staff - in short - happy staff = happy customers.
It is of great importance to Connections that as a business we do all that we can to work in harmony with the local community and environment. We have an environmental policy which is constantly
being challenged and improved. In addition we are proud to be able to lend our support to a local charity, Naomi House, which contiues to deliver outstanding support to families of children
with life-shortening conditions.
