Connections' contractor payment procedure
With over twenty years experience running a successful contracting division we have developed an easy and flexible contract management process.
Our payment procedure is designed to be smooth,
efficient and predictable. It is a flexible payment process with no monthly deadlines *.
Timesheets and invoices are processed
and actioned every working day, apart from Bank Holidays and Christmas week:
- Timesheets need to be completed and sent to Connections on a weekly basis by 12 noon on a Monday.
- There is a standard timesheet on our website if the client does not have a specific format. If the client operates a web-based time approval system this must also be completed weekly.
- Invoices are to be submitted on a monthly basis to any of the contact details listed here. This can be at any stage of the month so does not have to fall in line with the end of the calendar month. This will then be matched up with timesheets already received.
